I was relucant to go to someone other than an Apple retailer. for Service . I shouldn;t have been! Dealt with Harsh, one of the staff here. Couldn't;t get better service! Friendly, knowledgeable and. efficient. Needed an upgrade in emory, and he got it all squared. away. No rush. No muss. Fair prices too. Ken Byrne Highly recommend this group for anythihng Apple.

Pentagon is the best apple authorized repair store ever. Stuffs there are all kind and patient, willing to help and answer any question I asked. They got my MacBook fixed efficiently. I really appreciated it. Before I having my MacBook Pro repaired here, I went to the apple store in Chadstone, but the technician there are impolite and unable to fix my Mac. However, pentagon did fix the issue for me!This store is way much better than apple store Genius Bar! Thanks again for helping me out.
